Glasgow Rangers fans do not want to sign Oli McBurnie after the club were linked with a move for the Scotland striker.

McBurnie, who currently plays for recently-relegated Sheffield United, is a well-known Rangers fan but has struggled for goals at Bramall Lane. 22 goals in 42 Championship games for Swansea City during the 2018/19 term (Transfermarkt) earned him a £20m move to the Blades (BBC), but he has managed just seven strikes in 65 appearances for his current outfit.

With 17 caps for his country, the 24-year-old clearly has something to offer, but he has been unable to produce the goods on a regular basis recently. Still, that hasn’t stopped the Gers targetting him according to The Daily Mail, even though Sheffield United are said to be looking for a fee of £15m – that would make him Rangers’ all-time record signing (The Daily Record).

The Gers fans, it seems, do not want to sign him this summer. They took to social media platform Twitter to share their thoughts.

وقال جوارديولا: “أتلتيكو مدريد مر بمرحلة مجموعات صعبة بشكل لا يصدق وفي المباريات ضد مانشستر يونايتد لأكثر من 180 دقيقة كانوا أفضل – المباراة في مدريد كانت رائعة في الشوط الأول”.

وأضاف: “إنهم قادرون على تجنب هويتك، هذه أفضل ميزاتهم، لأن الطريقة التي تلعب بها تحاول فرض لعبتك لكنها صعبة، مباراة الإياب أكثر تعقيدًا (على أرض أتلتيكو)، لكن كل الفرق في ربع النهائي خصم صعب”.

وافق جوارديولا على أن أتلتيكو مدريد أصبح انعكاسًا لفلسفة مدربهم سيميوني، ويقول إن ذلك يجعلهم أقوياء كفريق وكنادي: “عندما يحدث هذا يكون لديك إنجاز مذهل كنادي ومؤسسة”.

وانتقل عبد الملك للحديث عن الزمالك، قائلا: “الزمالك لن يحرم من القيد، لأن خزينة النادي ستنتعش بـ33 مليون جنيه عقوبة كهربا، والغرامات المفروضة على القلعة البيضاء لصالح مارتيمو ولشبونة البرتغاليين سيتم دفعها بكل تأكيد”.

وأتم: “عقد فيريرا موسم ونصف للتجهيز للموسم القادم، وهدفه هذا الموسم هو المنافسة على البطولات، لكن الأهم التأهل لدورى أبطال إفريقيا المقبل ووقتها سيكون هناك قوام جديد”.

The Belgian has enjoyed a memorable Reds career, scoring in the 2019 Champions League final and bagging massive goals against the likes of Barcelona and Everton down the years.

However, despite Jurgen Klopp describing him as “unbelievably important for us” back in December 2019, the 25-year-old has been a peripheral figure for Liverpool of late, making just two Premier League starts in the 2020/21 season.

It has become clear that, despite those comments, the £14.4m-rated attacker isn’t a key part of Klopp’s plans moving forward, and he has now been linked with a summer exit from Anfield.

The Latest: Fenerbahce keen on Origi

According to Fotomac [via Sport Witness], Fenerbahce are eyeing up a loan move for Origi this summer, with a view to signing him permanently in the future.

The Turkish giants are keen on bolstering their attacking options amid a projected summer clearout and see the Belgium international as an ideal man to come in as a solution.

The Verdict: Time to leave

Origi will always be loved by many Liverpool supporters for his past achievements, but the Reds have moved on without him this season and he should be sold if the price is right. Ideally he would leave on a permanent deal in the summer, but a loan exit would also make sense as it would allow others to fill his role as a squad player.

Someone like Harvey Elliott would probably now be a better option than Origi, for example, with the teenaher having scored seven goals and registered 11 assists in the Championship for Blackburn Rovers last season.

Former Tottenham Hotspur captain Graham Roberts insists that there will be money for a summer spending spree at the club.

Spurs are yet to appoint a new manager with the latest reports suggesting that talks with former Inter Milan manager Antonio Conte have broken down.

Conte has history of spending big to bolster his squads, spending over £30m no fewer than nine times in his career, per Transfermarkt.

It remains to be seen if Spurs will back him to the hilt, especially given the impact of the pandemic and the fact that they needed to take out a loan from the Bank of England in the past year.

Roberts, though, is confident that there will be a “pot” of cash for the new manager to spend, as the club look to again challenge for the top four.

Indeed, Spurs ultimately finished seventh following a damaging season under Mourinho, and are now facing up to the prospect of playing in the Europa Conference League next season.

Speaking exclusively to Football FanCast, Roberts said: “The club will have money.

“They will do things right and there’ll be a pot there for transfers, it’s whether we can get a little bit more in there to help them bring in a few.”

تم تأييد الاستئناف المقدم من نادي الزمالك بتاريخ 14 أكتوبر 2020 ضد القرار المرفوع بتاريخ 13 أغسطس 2020 من قبل غرفة تسوية المنازعات بالاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم.

تم تأكيد القرار الصادر في 13 أغسطس 2020 عن غرفة تسوية المنازعات بالاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم، باستثناء الفقرة، 3، كما كان نصها كالتالي:

يجب على السيد، محمود عبد المنعم عبد الحميد سلطان، أن يدفع للزمالك المبلغ التالي:

-2 مليون دولار أمريكي كتعويض عن الإخلال بالعقد بدون سبب وجيه بالإضافة إلى 5٪ فائدة سنوية على المبلغ المذكور اعتبارًا من 20 يونيو 2019 حتى تاريخ السداد الفعلي.
