Por meio do Centro de Inteligência em Mercado, o Flamengo está mapeando as opções que têm para reforçar o time de 2016. Já confirmou as contratações do lateral-direito Rodinei, do zagueiro Juan e do meia Willian Arão, todas sem precisar de um grande investimento. Todavia, para outro alvo do clube, o argentino Federico Mancuello, do Independiente (ARG), o Rubro-Negro precisará desembolsar, inicialmente, US$ 5 milhões (R$ 19,7 milhões). A confirmação do valor foi dada pelo Héctor Yoyo Maldonado, secretário geral do time argentino.

– Queremos US$ 5 milhões por Mancuello. Foi feito um esforço para o segurarmos no clube, então seria lógico que tenhamos um benefício agora – afirmou o dirigente do Independiente, em entrevista à Rádio Mitre, de Buenos Aires (ARG).

Nesta negociação, já admitida por dirigentes, o Flamengo chegou a enviar representantes antes do Natal para Buenos Aires, visando negociar o valor inicial solicitado pelo Independiente para a transferência de Mancuello. No encontro, não aconteceu um avanço significativo, mas não aconteceu desistência. O Rubro-Negro busca parceiros para ajudar no investimento, já que a reserva no orçamento de 2016 para contratações seria totalmente gasta com um único atleta.

Vale lembrar que a primeira oferta do Flamengo por Mancuello foi na casa de US$ 2 milhões (R$ 7,9 milhões). Conseguiu, depois da primeira recusa, elevar a proposta para US$ 2,5 milhões (R$ 9,8 milhões), mas ainda bem menor ao solicitado pelo Independiente. Internamente, o Rubro-Negro espera convencer os argentinos a fazer a liberação do meia caso oferte US$ 3,5 milhões (R$ 13,8 milhões). O ponto final desta novela deve surgir apenas no começo de 2016.

Dois jogadores que já tiveram status de titular no Vasco até pouco tempo não vão seguir com o grupo para Pinheiral, local da pré-temporada nas próximas duas semanas. O volante Guiñazú e o atacante Leandrão estão fora dos planos da diretoria e da comissão técnica para 2016 e ambos ainda estão com o futuro indefinido. Com isso, eles devem ficar no Rio de Janeiro mantendo a forma, enquanto o grupo inicia a preparação para o Campeonato Carioca.

A situação dos dois é diferente. O volante Guiñazú tem contrato com o Cruz-Maltino até o fim deste ano e o técnico Jorginho já demonstrou que os outros jogadores para a posição estão na frente do ex-capitão. Recentemente, o clube acertou a contratação de Marcelo Mattos, que chega para suprir a saída de Serginho e a provável baixa do argentino. A direção e o jogador negociam um acordo para uma rescisão de contrato, mas ainda não chegaram a um acerto.

Já o caso de Leandrão é um pouco mais fácil. O clube segue de olho no mercado buscando a contratação de um camisa 9 e o jogador, que foi contratado para isso no fim do ano passado, não agradou. O contrato vai até o fim de 2017 e neste primeiro momento, o jogador será emprestado para o Boavista até o fim do Campeonato Carioca. A tendência é que ele já se apresente ao clube de Bacaxá nesta segunda.

O grupo vascaíno segue para Pinheiral após o treino da tarde nesta segunda-feira. A delegação ficará até o próximo dia 23 de janeiro.

According to The BBC, the Northern Ireland captain pulled out of Wednesday’s game against Romania for personal reasons earlier this week.

Davis has been an integral part of Gerrard’s side so far this season, having made eleven appearances in the Premiership at the time of writing. Whether or not he will be back in time for their first fixture after the international break, who knows, but this has surely presented Gerrard with the perfect opportunity to give Zungu the time to shine.

It’s since been revealed that the South African is a doubt for the weekend’s meeting at the Govan stadium as he sustained a minor knock whilst away on international duty. However, Gerrard is hopeful that the blow is not too serious and will wait for further assessment before deciding on his involvement ahead of Sunday’s clash against Aberdeen.

Time to unleash Zungu!

Zungu’s brief cameo in Rangers’ 8-0 thrashing of Hamilton Academical has rightly left the right impression on Gerrard, as Ross Wilson’s summer recruit has shown precisely why the Ibrox boss spent the majority of the summer chasing his signature.

The centre-midfielder, who can play in an attacking or defensive role, made a positive start to his life at Ibrox, as he delivered an “impressive” showing with his aggressive style of play and range of passing against the Accies before the international break, spraying passes left, right and centre with a workmanlike performance.

Per SofaScore, Gerrard handed the 28-year-old his first-team debut in the second half, where he made 35 out of 38 passes (92%), took 40 touches of the ball, and completed 3 out of 4 long balls as Rangers ran riot over Hamilton.

He followed this up with another fine performance with the Bafana-Bafana in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifying round, scoring the second goal of the game against Sao Tome and Principe with a well-timed header from Keagan Dolly’s corner kick last week.

It wasn’t only his goal that caught the eye either as he pulled the strings from the midfield, which is precisely what Davis has done so far this season.

No doubt Gerrard will be keen to reward the £1.44m-rated colossus with his first start for the club against Aberdeen this weekend and it’s about time he unleashed the summer signing as he has only played 142′ minutes of football so far.

كشفت تقارير صحفية إنجليزية تطورات جديدة تتعلق بتجديد عقد النجم المصري محمد صلاح مع فريق ليفربول الإنجليزي.

ومن المقرر أن ينتهي العقد الحالي لـ محمد صلاح مع ليفربول في صيف 2023، دون وجود لأي اتفاق حتى الآن بشأن التجديد.

وجدد ليفربول عقود عدة لاعبين طوال فترة الصيف، وعلى رأسهم أليسون بيكر، فيرجيل فان دايك، ترينت ألكسندر أرنولد وجوردان هندرسون وفابينيو وغيرهم.

وسبق أن ذكرت تقارير صحفية أن محمد صلاح يطالب بالحصول على راتب أسبوعي ضخم، ربما يصل إلى 500 ألف جنيه إسترليني، للموافقة على تجديد عقده.

وحسب صحيفة “تايمز” الإنجليزية، فإن التأخير في مسألة الإعلان عن تجديد عقد محمد صلاح يرجع إلى وجود اختلاف بين الأطراف المعنية بالأمر.

وأوضحت أن هناك اختلافًا بين ما يستعد ليفربول لدفعه إلى محمد صلاح صاحب الـ29 عامًا لتجديد عقده، وما يسعى المصري ووكيل أعماله رامي عباس إلى الحصول عليه.

وأشارت إلى أن إدارة ليفربول تدرك جيدًا إنه سيتعين عليها أن تجعل محمد صلاح اللاعب الأعلى أجرًا في تاريخ النادي، حتى يوافق النجم المصري على التجديد.

The £8.55m-rated wide man was once lauded by former Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas as a “fearless player” but when he’s on the opposition’s team sheet, he doesn’t quite have the spine-chilling effect that a Wilfried Zaha has.

With the Eagles star averaging just 1.6 dribbles, 1.5 key passes and 1.1 shots per game this season, via WhoScored, sporting director Luke Dowling and the Baggies have certainly had one lucky escape.

They mustn’t revisit him in January, even if his contract is due to expire in the summer.

O Conselho Deliberativo do clube marcou uma reunião extraordinária às 20h para tratar sobre providências a serem tomadas a respeito da gestão anterior. A Comissão de Inquérito e Sindicância data seu parecer sobre procedimentos jurídicos que o clube pode tomar devido a prejuízos causados pela gestão anterior, que comandou o Peixe até 2014.

Nos bastidores, conselheiros afirmam que o órgão dará parecer favorável para que o clube acuse o ex-presidente Odílio Rodrigues na Justiça comum de, ao menos, crime de gestão temerária, que tem pena mínima de dois anos.

Outra possibilidade avaliada pela comissão é de que os membros do Comitê de Gestão da época também sejam acusados no processo.

Caso o Conselho aprove o parecer favorável para que o Peixe entre na Justiça, o presidente Modesto Roma Júnior vai optar por abrir o processo.

Um dos argumentos contra Odílio Rodrigues é de que alguns membros do antigo Comitê de Gestão não aprovaram a negociação, que teve aporte financeiro do fundo de investimentos maltês Doyen Sports, sendo que o Santos deverá pagar juros de 10% ao ano para os investidores. Para piorar, o jogador conseguiu desvincular-se do clube por vias judiciais por atraso no pagamento de salários. Odílio era vice de Luis Álvaro de Oliveira Ribeiro e assumiu o comando do clube que este renunciou, no início de 2014.

Defoe initially arrived at Ibrox in January 2019 and he has scored 29 goals and supplied 10 assists in 59 games for the Gers since he swapped the South Coast of England for Glasgow.

Valued at £1.26m via Transfermarkt,  his current contract with Rangers is set to expire in 2021.

Despite his age, the wily veteran hasn’t shown any signs of slowing down anytime soon, and it’s becoming clearer and clearer that Ross Wilson simply must tie Defoe down to a new contract, given his current vein of form.

His latest display against the Staggies is just further proof that he adds depth, strength and quality to Gerrard’s striker options, which is more than can be said for Cedric Itten, who once again failed to get on the scoresheet.

Per SofaScore, Defoe provided two passes, completed one dribble attempt successfully, and took one shot on target – which is more shots on target than Alfredo Morelos managed, despite the fact the Colombian played the majority of the game.

He’s certainly not done yet, not by a long shot.
